What is the Kelly Park / Wyld Oaks industrial development?

Kelly Park Crossing is Cadence Partners' planned industrial development on 88-104 acres acquired for $48.5 million in June 2023. It forms part of the 215-acre Wyld Oaks mixed-use master plan at the SR-429/Kelly Park Road interchange in Apopka. The industrial component is planned for approximately 1.5-1.7 million square feet across multiple phases. The unique environmental feature, century-old wild oak trees preserved and integrated into the site plan, creates a branded park identity differentiating it from generic industrial campuses. Cadence Partners (with Clarion Partners as institutional equity) is receptive to JV structures involving pre-leased anchor tenants. Timeline is 2027+ for initial phases.
