Renan Serretiello

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Renan's resilience was forged in one of the world's fastest-moving cities. His heritage — a blend of Italian energy and the quiet strength of his German-Austrian roots — instilled a deep commitment to family, hard work, and the courage to start over.

Arriving in the U.S. at 19, he mastered the industry from the ground up, transitioning from guest services and automotive technology to real estate mastery. For over a decade, he navigated residential markets before finding his true calling in Commercial Real Estate.

Today, through The List Orlando, Renan represents institutional clients across Central Florida, from retail and medical offices to industrial hubs. His story is one of resilience, relationships, and the drive to build something bigger.

Hailing from the interior of São Paulo, Brazil, Cristopher's journey to the Florida CRE market is a testament to discipline and a relentless drive for growth. Arriving in the U.S. at 21, he built a solid business foundation across multiple industries before translating that expertise into real estate.

With over 13 years of experience in the Florida market, including six years specialized in commercial transactions, he has developed a deep fluency in business sales and commercial portfolio management.

As the co-founder of The List Orlando, Cristopher brings a precision-focused approach to representing complex transactions, from car dealerships and life science facilities to logistics hubs across the corridor.

Commercial Real Estate Professional

Ludmyla is a real estate professional based in Florida, focused on commercial properties and investment opportunities. Her path into real estate started early, influenced by her family’s background in the industry.

Before transitioning into real estate, she built a career in foreign trade and business consulting, where she developed a strong sense of strategy, negotiation, and client relationships.

Today, she works closely with investors, business owners, and tenants, helping them navigate acquisitions, leasing, and strategic opportunities across Florida. She is detail-oriented and intentional, always focused on creating value and ensuring each deal aligns with long-term goals.

Being fluent in Portuguese and English allows her to support international clients entering or expanding in the U.S. market.

Throughout his career, he has worked with financial institutions, large corporations, and growing businesses, developing a strong analytical mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Beyond the legal field, he served as a partner in a construction company, gaining deep insight into planning, financial management, and contract execution.

Moving to the U.S. in 2018, Juliano now focuses on building solid structures that support sustainable growth and well-informed decision-making for commercial real estate clients.
